宛若複雜情感的消逝 Cuchillo

　　Cuchillo是ListenToEurope網站選出西班牙五張年度專輯中的其中一張，也是唯一一張的psychedelic folk。對於他們有些陌生，倘若看過他們現場演唱的功力之後，你或許也會跟我一樣改觀。

　　值得推薦的其中一首breathing again：那紛亂的drums和bass，所製造之的空間感，引領出歌詞中breathing again的空寂。Daniel Domínguez使用著多種樂器，去交雜呼吸的前奏；慢慢地帶出Israel Marco的vocal，流露出些許的無奈，以及與guitar之間的呢喃。再者銜帶著非洲般的旋律組曲下，以唐突地撕哄聲，配合著高音貝的狂暴鼓聲劃開序曲；幾番堆疊的音符演奏後，情緒急轉直下，再一次飲唱著breathing again，樸質地交代著moving somewhere的堅定，以及then we'd be happy again地道出展瀟灑般的情感，整各組取的詮釋下，堪稱此張專輯的上乘之曲。 我尤其喜歡Daniel Domínguez舞動出的韻律，非常沉溺於音樂所帶來的情緒，不光此有歌唱能夠表現出來。

　　Cuchillo帶來Barcelona的憂傷海味，如同經由幾番混血的tapas雜燴上桌，特別下酒。
Israel Marco (guitar & voice) and Daniel Domínguez (drums and percussion) are Cuchillo. Just two pieces to built a really rare and complicated folk album. The way to make the songs is different from usual. Guitar and vocal loops are the heart of this project. Influences from everywhere: african rhythm, psycodelia, postcore, but always with a great use of the melody. Cuchillo has been playing with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Carla Bozulich, Damon & Naomi, Magic Mirror, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Spindrift, The Moon Upstairs or Magic Mirror. They are one example to say that everything is changing in Spain, and we can be proud of our bands. // Muzikalia
